Mid-South Training Institute
The
Mid-South Training Institute,
founded in August 1999, as a unit of the Department of Criminology and Criminal
Justice and working with Continuing Education at the University of Memphis
provides leadership and management training for police officers and executives
in the Mid-South. Dennis Joyner, a former Police Chief from Collierville,
Tennessee, is the Director. Additional information about the Institute,
